Gelendzhik 5 April - 8 April.
What I remember from this weekend is that I stocked up on numerous hat options preparing for weather craze in barely post winter Gelendzhik. That's Russian seaside (for clarity). Beaches, still deserted, served mostly for walks along the sea line. Bare legged though. Score! Water, still freezing, yet perfectly calm and crystal blue, with that inevitable shade of darkness to it in the absence of sun. I've managed to stick with my fur and sweater options during the entire stay, dressing these up or down purposefully with Balenciaga Derbys, Alex Wang Fabianas or Siris and Illesteva Leonards (for obvious reasons of having an option of blue mirrors on my eyes against the gloomy sky). There even was a moment for that black HM Trend one piece number. Sort of loved the idea of having it on with a fur coat. But I already blogged about that.
The rest mostly wrapped around me zombie walking through the total of 4 days (consequence of not having slept two nights in a row prior to that), leftover extensive curls in my hair, which I no longer have, overloads of carrot juice (which somehow tastes way better in Russia), catching up on a few episodes of favourite series and everything else people do when transplanted into another dimension away from daily routine.
